I have 11 years experience in Personal Training - and do this with utmost Passion every day.

I believe that investing in my health and well being is possibly the best investments I have made in order to truly live the life you love.

Over the years I have made it my mission to ensure that each and every single client I train receives value for money. In order to achieve this its vital that we enter into a partnership.

Within this partnership, giving 100% is required and in return you will receive 100%. All partnerships require equal responsibility and accountability to make changes.

No matter what we do in life in order to truly get the results planning and goal setting is required, this is what lead me to exploring Consciousness Coaching. I realized that the clients who set goals and made commitments got the results.

It’s vital that people don’t confuse coaching and therapy. Coaching works in the present and focuses on what you want to create moving forward. Therapy works in the past in order to make you deal with the present and the future.
Consciousness Coaching - enables you to access your consciousness.

As a Coach I work in partnership with you to ask guiding questions, in order for YOU to think about them in a way that you have never allowed yourself to answer the questions with 100% authenticity.

The answers that you find will is the start of the new YOU.

The higher the level of consciousness, the greater the possibility of feeling totally empowered.With the right questions you will be guided to finding out exactly what you want.

How crazy is this truthful fact - Our Consciousness is 10% waking consciousness and 90% sub-consciousness. Imagine the possibilities if we used our 90% sub conscious mind, and lived a life of 100% waking consciousness.

People tend to blame circumstances. It’s as simple as changing our awareness to stop feeling like the victim and feel more empowered by our circumstances.

You cannot change what is BUT you can change your reaction and therefore the outcome.

You are what you eat

Lifestyle

Experts are finding that some physical and mental changes associated with aging are treatable and preventable with a healthy lifestyle.

In fact, by some estimates, only 30% of physical aging can be traced to our gene. The rest is up to the individual.

Good cognitive health is as important as maintaining good physical health.
The ideal balance is 80% healthy and 20% not.

Food choices made throughout our life impact the chances of heart attack, stroke, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, arthritis and early death.

Not only what you eat is important but the portion sizes, remember your stomach is the size of your fist.
What cannot be used has to be stored.

A diet rich in vegetables may help prevent breast and prostate cancer
Colon cancer is more common among those that eat red meat
High fat diets increase the risk of heart disease, stroke and some cancers
A diet with too many refined carbohydrates increase the risk of obesity, diabetes and heart disease.
Water filters the liver and helps aid your metabolism.

Weight is 70% diet and 30% exercise, so you can see the importance of a balanced diet.

Personal Training


My role as a Personal Trainer is to prescribe the best exercises for you and to make sure they are done correctly. The motivation comes from setting goals and getting results.In order for this to happen there needs to be commitment and accountability from both the trainer and the client.

I do an assessment prior to starting the training to ensure we both have clarity on what your goals, measurements, posture, strengths and weakness are in order to make sure you are getting the best type of training and exercises to best suit you.

This will also give you a better understanding on why and what the reason is for doing various types of training. Nutrition is a vital part of the discussion as this is a necessity to maintain a healthy balanced life.

My areas of expertise are pre and post pregnancy, injuries, core stabilising and strengthening, fitness and body weight strengthening.

Personal Training keeps the body active. Consciousness Coaching keeps the awareness, clarity and commitment on goals and accountability. To combine allows for a perfect combination.

R330 per hour

Sessions
1x, 2x or 3x per week.

The amount of sessions is up to the individual.
